Our achievements

Organisation, training, atomisation of villages, partnerships: summaries of ORCAPE’s reports, year after year.

At a glance

  • 256 peasant atoms registered in three regions (East, Centre, West) during the first phase of PROTRAMAP;
  • four partnership agreements signed: IRAD, SYNAGRI (Tunisia), SODEPA and the NEGST firm;
  • six regions where ORCAPE is present: East, Adamawa, Centre, South, West and Far North;
  • several installation ceremonies for managers in the presence of local administrative authorities;
  • regular training of teams and local stakeholders: leadership, management, gender, environment, entrepreneurship;
  • legal recognition: non-governmental organisation approved by the order of 13 January 2026 of the Ministry of Territorial Administration.

And now?

After the first phase of organising the peasant environment, ORCAPE is preparing the mobilisation of rural communities and then the transformation of the peasant environment. Long-term prospects include the creation of an agricultural microfinance institution, the pooling of peasant atoms within their municipalities, and a foundation to support the most disadvantaged peasant groups.
